Returns & Refund Policy, Order Cancellations
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on our returnable** products. If you are dissatisfied with a product or it doesn’t fit well, we will issue a credit note after deducting Rs. 100 as pickup & handling charges. Additionally, any COD/shipping charges paid are non-refundable. In cases of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we offer free replacement or accept returns without deducting pickup & handling charges. However, shipping/COD charges paid will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via email at support@aatyakiids.com, or call/WhatsApp us at 7780678812. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. Once we receive your request, we will arrange for pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.* We offer reverse pickup for the majority of pincodes in India. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, please send the product back to us at the address provided, and we will issue an additional Rs. 100 as a credit note.
3. Hand over the product to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed (for hygiene reasons), and has its original tags and packing intact. Failure to comply may result in the return being rejected. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1–3 days from the initiation date.
4. After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality check, which typically takes 7–10 days.
5. Upon successful completion of the quality check, we will issue a credit note for the eligible amount.

Used, washed, damaged, or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Products must have intact tags and original packing to qualify for return/exchange.

Please Note:
• Exchanges are subject to availability of sizes upon receiving the returned product.
• Allow up to 3 working days for the credit note to be issued after we receive the returned product.
• Images on our website are taken with lighting effects, so the actual product color may vary slightly.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders.
• We do not offer reverse pickup service for international orders with addresses outside India.
